Tracking Student Data Made Easy (& MORE ORGANIZED!)

When I first started teaching I had no idea what I was doing in terms of tracking student data. Parent communication, markbooks, anecdotals, login information, parent contact information, behaviour trackers, assignment trackers, reading observations, miscellaneous notes, learning skills - there is so much to track on a daily basis! There were tabs open with notes, papers everywhere and I thought...there's got to be a better way.

I moved fully digital and now everything is in one tab on my screen! The Ultimate Student Dashboard was born. No seriously, that is all I have open during the day to track data alongside my digital planner. No flip flopping back and forth when it comes time to go to meetings or do report cards. The best part is that you can totally edit it to meet your classes needs (there are video tutorials included!)

I used to use a Google Form for tracking data but didn't love that you had to export it when you wanted to see all the information so I wanted to create something that I could update in live time for each student and have handy if needed. I love using Google Sheets for lots of different things and this is no exception.
